Sunday Classes

Romans (Coed) taught by Walter Price will meet at 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel.  No cost.  Students will go through the book of Romans.

Financial Peace by Dave Ramsey (Coed) led by Jason Grace will meet at 5:00 p.m. in Reception Hall.  Cost $100.  Scholarships are available upon request to your teacher.  A 13-week video series designed to teach families to eliminate debt and build wealth, led by financial expert Dave Ramsey.  There will be small-group discussions for accountability and discipleship. Topics covering saving, cash flow planning, dumping debt, investing, insurance, real estate, giving, and MUCH more!

Daniel (Coed) will meet at 5:00 p.m. in room 171.  Cost $10.  Students will study the book of Daniel as taught by Beth Moore (DVD).  Leaders - Mike and Betty Niemeier

Life Raft: Support Group for Parent’s of Adult Children (Coed) taught by James Stillwell will meet at 4:30 p.m. in room 178.  No Cost.  Life Raft is a class for adults in their 60’s and 70’s who have grown children whose lives are full of dysfunction.  This class will explore some of the issues involved in raising their children’s’ children, boundaries, legal issues and depression.

Believing God (Ladies, Beth Moore) led by Misty Higgins will meet at 5:00 p.m. in room 169.  Cost $10.  Originating from a concept introduced in Isaiah 43:10, Believing God examines what it means to believe God rather than only believe in God. Participants study the lives of Abraham and others from Hebrews 11 as examples of people who believed God. This study parallels a personal journey Beth took in coming to understand what it means to believe God.

Parenting Your Teenager by Les and Leslie Parrott (Coed - Parenting) will meet at 6:00 p.m. in the ROC Café.  Cost $10.  Learn how to help your teenager overcome hurts, become less rebellious, and discover their true identity.

Wednesday Classes

Galatians (Coed) taught by Walter Price will meet at 10:00 a.m. in Reception Hall.  No Cost.  Students will go through the book of Galatians.

Women’s Bible Study - Growing in Faith & Wisdom:  A Study of the Book of James will meet Wednesday nights in Room 173, October 21 - November 18. Childcare not provided. Click here to register for this Life Enrich class only.

Parental Guidance Required (Coed - Parenting) led by our Children’s Pastor, Eric Gillaspie, will meet in room 168.  Cost $10.  Of all the assignments God will give you during your time on earth, none may be more sacred than the task of raising your children. The Parental Guidance Required is designed to give you the counsel you need to help prepare your children for the future. You will learn to ask the important questions such as: Am I developing a quality relationship with my children? Am I striving to control the influence that friends will have in my child's life? Am I nurturing a healthy eternal perspective that will help my child to weather the storms of life?

The Truth Project (Coed) led by our Randy Hudson, will meet in room 171.  No Cost.  Designed to equip believers with a comprehensive Biblical Worldview.  Practically and personally, participants will be reintroduced to the truth claims of God.  This study will address the need to marry our actions to our core beliefs.

Men’s Fraternity (Men) led by our Discipleship Pastor, David Bourne, will meet in lower-level of the old gym.  Cost $10.  The Quest for Authentic Manhood is the foundational level or ground floor of manhood. This study focuses on a man's core identity and gives an overview of basic manhood issues. It will help men deal with various identity issues by looking back at past wounds and other things that may have distorted their idea of biblical masculinity. Throughout the course of the study, men will learn how to clearly define manhood and will finally be able to give a succinct and passionate answer to the questions, "What is a man?" and "What am I living to be?"

Living the Love-Driven Life (Coed) taught by our Senior Adult Pastor, Dick Wilkins, will meet every Friday in the Reception Hall at 1:30 p.m starting Friday, September 11..  No Cost.  Learn how to become the loving disciple that God can use in a dying world.
